This applet gives allows you to see how the graphs of f(x+c), f(x)+c, f(cx), etc. are related to the graph of f. It provides for a user defined function and allows the user to select which modifications to display and to control the parameter c by means of a slider.

The GeX Parameter class defines a number which can be entered directly in a TextField or controlled by a slider whose range is adjustable by the user.
