For more than twenty years she has served as a facilitator, trainer and<br \/>\ncoach to voluntary sector leaders. An honours graduate of York University\u2019s Nonprofit<br \/>\nManagement and Leadership Program, she brings a life-long learning perspective to her research<br \/>\nand work. Cynthia is an adult educator who specializes in governance, fundraising and<br \/>\nmarketing. She is recognized for her expertise with small and rural charities while offering<br \/>\nsolutions to organizations of every size.<br \/>\nShe has volunteered on numerous boards and mentored through Big Sisters. Cynthia currently<br \/>\nauthors a monthly Fundraising column for Charity Village and is also a Subject Matter Expert<br \/>\nwith CFRE International.
