As an adult educator, facilitator and coach, with expertise in\u00a0Strategic Governance, Fundraising and Marketing, I will strengthen your board and senior management team. Together,\u00a0we will identify your organizational needs and develop strategies to implement your identified priorities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Philosophy:<\/strong><br \/>\nI believe that an engaged board and chief executive, acting in partnership to achieve the organizational mission, will set<br \/>\nthe tone for success. Clarifying leadership and management roles and responsibilities holistically acknowledges the<br \/>\ninterdependence of strategy and implementation.
