I can think of no good reason why it should be possible for the default setting of a phone to allow the incurrance of extra charges merely by dialling a phone number. It should require a conscious act of a verified user in order to enable any such setting and the range of possible “premium” numbers should be limited to whatever has been clearly specified by the user.<\/p>\n
