ELDERSTONE RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Strategic Leadership and Management

Mission:The purpose of Elderstone Resource Development is to help the leaders of registered charities and nonprofits perform effectively in a changing and challenging environment. As an adult educator, facilitator and coach, with expertise in Strategic Governance, Fundraising and Marketing, I will strengthen your board and senior management team. Together, we will identify your organizational needs and develop strategies to implement your identified priorities.

Philosophy:
I believe that an engaged board and chief executive, acting in partnership to achieve the organizational mission, will set
