Strategic Leadership and Management

Mission:The purpose of Elderstone Resource Development is to help the leaders of registered charities and nonprofits perform effectively in a changing and challenging environment. As an adult educator, facilitator and coach, with expertise in Strategic Governance, Fundraising and Marketing, I will strengthen your board and senior management team. Together, we will identify your organizational needs and develop strategies to implement your identified priorities.

I believe that an engaged board and chief executive, acting in partnership to achieve the organizational mission, will set
the tone for success. Clarifying leadership and management roles and responsibilities holistically acknowledges the
interdependence of strategy and implementation. My goal is to ensure staff and volunteers have the necessary forethought
and tools to proceed efficiently and effectively.
