Join Cynthia Armour, CFRE as she presents best board fundraising practices and provides practical tips and tools to help identify, cultivate and steward your organization’s most generous donors.
Presenter: Cynthia Armour CFRE
Cynthia Armour is a Certified FundRaising Executive (CFRE) and principal of Elderstone
Resource Development. For more than twenty years she has served as a facilitator, trainer and
coach to voluntary sector leaders. An honours graduate of York University’s Nonprofit
Management and Leadership Program, she brings a life-long learning perspective to her research
and work. Cynthia is an adult educator who specializes in governance, fundraising and
marketing. She is recognized for her expertise with small and rural charities while offering
solutions to organizations of every size.
She has volunteered on numerous boards and mentored through Big Sisters. Cynthia currently
authors a monthly Fundraising column for Charity Village and is also a Subject Matter Expert
with CFRE International. She lives on her farm “Neverdun” with two horses and two cats.
